Core Functions:
· Collaborates with the senior management in achieving the assigned sales goals for the company.
· Handle & Manage an assigned sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for development, implementation and attainment of an annual business plan and achieving the assigned tasks for Massaed business processes.
2. Development of Massaed position/image and market share in the local market by developing customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
3. Work closely with customers to ensure that maintenance agreements meet both customer expectations and Company requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety
4. Collaborate with operations team to prepare repair and maintenance estimates
assist facilities managers, building owners and other customers with presentation of
Company products & service offerings.
5. Assess customer complaints and recommend corrective action to Management and Operations team.
6. Prepare and present recovery, renewal, and repair presentations and proposals to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives
7. Understand and utilize the complete range of Massaed service offerings in order to ensure the Company meets all client requirements
8. Participate in Company professional development programs to enhance working knowledge of Elevator Company products, services and procedures
9. Enquiry of the clients, Schedule meeting with customers, Site survey Inspections, prepare site survey reports
10. Preparing Spare Parts replacement Quotation, material supply and delivery status
11. Real estate and Facility Management Company visits. Keep complete contact record for all existing and potential customers.
12. Scheduled Clients Meeting and renewal of existing contracts.
13. Prepare Proposals, Quotations for new Maintenance contracts and properly follow-up with clients
14. Prepare AMC contract based on approval of Quotation proposal
15. Searching Elevator Spare parts supplier Domestic and International
16. Invoice Submission, payment collection.
17. Accomplish assignments specified by the sr. Management time to time.
18. Responsible to carry out the duties anywhere within UAE and abroad.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree is required. Additional directly related experience in the elevator industry may be considered in lieu of degree.
· Requires 5- 7 years of sales experience in the elevator or related industry
· Demonstrated excellence in generating leads, negotiating and closing the sales deals.
· Outstanding networking, problem solving, customer service, conflict management, oral & written communication skills.
Salary Range – AED 5,000.00 to AED 7,000.00
