Brand Strategy and Planning
• Assist in developing brand and/or product strategy in alignment with corporate strategy
• Identify target corporate brand profiling to develop corporate targeted positioning
• Test brand awareness, recall, equity, positioning etc., and based on results, develop revised recommendations
• Promote internal brand engagement & brand guidelines’ implementation & conduct regular brand audits to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Unify corporate branches’ and offices’ look through implementation of retail guidelines
• Unify brand’s language & tone throughout all brand / product communication
Internal Communication
• Plan, develop and execute internal corns and activations that support business objectives
• Ensure the circulation of company news across the organization through internal com channels
• Support senior management in cascading key messages to the whole organization
Advertising
• Implement & monitor all brand and/or product initiatives
• Manage external and internal marketing campaigns’ planning, execution & monitoring (ATL, BTL, Online)
• Manage, measure, monitor and re-evaluate lead generation campaigns and conversion rates
• Oversee monitoring and reporting of effectiveness of marketing initiatives, activities, and communications
• Manage post campaign / activity research to derive recommendations from results & key learnings.
• Develop marketing collateral
• Oversee marketing team’s creation and publication of all marketing collateral in line with marketing plans
Social Media Management
• Development and execution of social media strategy and Identifying of content pillars in line with brand
objectives
• Overseeing of monthly content calendars development, ad hoc posts, and all content creation for all platforms
• Overseeing community management of all platforms
• Ensuring strict adherence to complaint management process
Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Oversee marketing & branding budget allocation and expenditure
Leadership
• Coach and Develop marketing and branding team members
• Lead and manage marketing and branding team
• Ensure that marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing and branding team.
Relationship Management
• Work well cross functionally with other departments to ensure leverage on mutual activities to achieve the best outcome
Market Intelligence
• Conduct market intelligence including brand, market, and competitive analysis
• Applicants must be based in UAE -Abu Dhabi & open to relocate
