Objectives of this Role

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaignā€™s performance against the KPIs
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the companyā€™s brand
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the companyā€™s marketing activities
  • Analyzing the companyā€™s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the companyā€™s social media accounts
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Working with the sales team to develop social media marketing campaigns

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel multi-division campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Working in partnership with the Sales/Divisional team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-Ā­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Skills and Qualifications

  • Masterā€™s or Bachelorā€™s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5-10 years experience in Marketing & Social Media
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
  • Established press and media contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel
