A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Sales Executive”.

This is a very high commission-based job for 6 months. After 6 months you get a stable good salary plus commission, if you are not interested please don’t apply.

Have to have a car, transportation fees will be covered.

For the first 6 months with proven results (20% commission on every project signed with the office for design and execution ) for example project contract value 100,000 commission will be 20,000.

If you close deals within the first 6 months worth of 500,000 you will be hired immediately with:

Salary of 15,000 + commission (10%)

Al Mujassam Architects is looking for an ambitious, competent and highly accomplished Sales specialist with preferred experience in Architecture , Interior design Industry, Product specification, and high-end customer management, within the Dubai and Emirates Market to help us expand our clientele.

The Successful candidate will be reporting to the head of the management of Al Mujassam Architects and will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing costumers
  • Have a good relationships with customers and clients
  • Good background in engineering projects
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customers needs
  • Promote the company’s services / products addressing or predicting client’s objectives
  • Conduct sales ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and sales-support
  • Bring as many clients and expand the market in the company
  • Show a good representative image of the company

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements :

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Preferred experience of 4 years in Emirates market

• Preferred to be an Engineer or have an Image in Engineering projects

• Good appearance and presentable

• Preferred experience in Engineering market , Interior design and landscape design or closely related to them

• Professional English written and verbal communication skills.

• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

• Integrity and professionalism

• Proficiency in MS office.

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Holding a UAE driving license

• Must be having a car
