Job Purpose:
Responsibilities include overseeing daily production operations as well as delivering quality programs on time, in keeping with international media standards and production value.
Main Duties:
- Leadership and supervision of department operations and production standards
- Oversee internal production and post production departments operations and performance.
- Expenditure control and ensure effective use of providers, suppliers and hiring.
- Ensures effective coordination, communication and interaction between departments and personnel.
- Managing process of producing programs from creative development, through commissioning and broadcast.
- Collaborate and supervise Producers and staff to create project schedules, budget resources and drive milestones successfully.
- Delivers quality programs on time, in keeping with international media standards and production value.
- Prepare, analyze and manage production budget
- Initiates and maintains agreements for production deadlines.
- Manage, recruit, hire, train, review performance of team
