The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure the implementation of companyās policies and procedures at various department
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Supervise the work assigned to all the persons under the finance department and ensure its compliance to theĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā companyās and department policies and procedures.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure the optimal utilization of the companyās resources by effective cash and working capital management,Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā capital expenditures and cost control.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure the maintenance of strong working relationships with banks and other financial institutions, insuranceĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā companies, customers, suppliers and auditors.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Manage Trade facilities with various banks and ensure the compliance with facility terms and conditions.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Prepare year end financials and assist in arranging for audit of the companyās accounts.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Closely manage Inventory and supervise quarterly, yearly stock taking.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Prepare MIS reports & other Ad-hoc reports as and when required.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Performs highly complex accounting work according to generally accepted accounting principles, establishedĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā procedures, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements applicable to the work.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Generates various complex system reports or audits calculations and ensures accuracy, e.g., billing, payrollĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā processing, and accounts payable.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Prepares a variety of studies, reports and related information for decision-making purposes.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Provides technical accounting support and interpretation to management and employees.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Coordinates activities with other departments and work groups as needed.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Performs related duties as directed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Post-Graduation or any major Accounting certification
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and trading companies.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Detail-oriented and analytical
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Working knowledge in ERP (Preferably Focus ERP)
