MEAD Medical is looking to hire a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in International Logistics & Supply Chain Management, preferably from within the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical Sector. The offered package for this position is AED 5,500 per month.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the UAE.
- Experienced in management of sea freight, air freight and express shipping.
- Advanced experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in the use of CRM & ERP software solutions.
- A fast learner who can bring innovative ideas into MEAD Medical.
- Having a driving license and a car is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Import orders, send shipment inquiries to the shipping agents, and negotiate shipping rates as per the target rates.
- Prepare purchase orders (local & international).
- Track orders and ensure the timely delivery to our warehouse and to our clients.
- Process local and international purchase orders received from customers.
- Perform inventory inspections, reordering supplies and stock, as necessary.
- Coordinate with customers, warehouse staff, and the dispatch team on the daily tasks and delivery schedules.
- Apply for Ministry of Health approval and clearance for all shipments.
