Requirements:
With Real Estate Experience is mandatory
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role
Experienced in managing accounts payable and receivable
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable responsibilities
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing and bank statements reconciliations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
