We are looking for a skilled Lead Auto Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming at maximum reliability and functionality.
Must know how to work with turbocharged cars and engine builds
– Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic system
– ability to handle various tools
– safety precautions for protections against accident
– excellent physical condition
– Driving License is a plus.
· Determines malfunction of electrical system by visual inspection of vehicle/equipment and coordinate to a workshop in charge on a day to day activities.
· Responsible for all activities pertaining to installing alternators, gauges, lighting, starter motor, and air conditioning system.
· Familiar to test instruments and read circuit diagrams to find electrical faults, adjust engine control systems and timing to make sure vehicles are running at peak performance.
· Auto Electricians also install electrical equipment such as gauges, lighting, alternators, and starter motors in cars, and install electrically operated accessories.
· Good in rewinding motors and electronic wirings.
· Maintaining a clean working environment.
Qualifications and requirements :
· At least high school diploma or 2 years of technical school
· 8-10+ years of work experience as a Technician for all types of equipment and vehicles especially german cars
· The ability to pay close attention to detail
· Advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems.
· Ability to operate electrical diagnostic equipment.
· Good communication and customer care skills
· Good problem-solving skills
· Minimum supervision needed
· An awareness of health and safety
· The ability to keep up to date with developments in engine and electrical technology.
