Responsibilities for Sales Marketing Coordinator:
– Works closely and supervised by Sales /Branch Manager,
– Prepares and submits reports, as required by the Director of Sales/Branch Manager,
– Provide general administrative support to the sales team and responsible of all the sales team filing system,
– Responsible for monitoring, providing assistant and support to the Operator with answering the leads inquiries, preparing of leads file and receiving daily feedback from the Real Estate Agents,
– Responsible for Daily Leads Report entered by the Operator,
– Preparing daily Leads Report and updating on CRM,
– Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as events, social media, or content marketing.
Key Requirements:
– MS Office
– Able to join immediately
– 2 years of Administrative experience
– UAE Residence
