Our Company is looking for DIESEL AUTO MECHANIC (3 to 5 years experience for repairing Heavy Trucks)
Salary is 2,500 to 3,000 Aed depending on your experience
Job Description:
1- Repairing of Whole engines of Light & Heavy vehicles like Trucks. Identify the fault in Diesel engines and repair for engines of Light & Heavy Vehicles.
2- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in repairing all types of Vehicle engines and some knowledge to handle generator engines.
3- Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
4- Repairing all types of light & heavy vehicle engines, Generator engines.
5- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles.
6- Do routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts.
7- Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.
8- Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; installing component and part upgrades; controlling corrosion; completing winterization procedures.
9- Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
10- Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
11- Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
12- Maintains vehicle records by annotating services and repairs.
13- Enhances maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
