The Digital Marketing Executive should have a thorough knowledge of running online communication and should also have some experience in creative design so that he can guide the external agency on the requirement as per the corporate identity of the Hyundai and Genesis brand.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and our website are up to date and follow the corporate identity of the Hyundai and Genesis brand.
- Successful and timely execution of marketing campaigns on online media.
- Daily report on leads generated through online media.
- Lead management with the CRM department.
- ROI report of campaigns executed through online media.
- Content management of all social media accounts.
- Social Media competitor report. 8. Daily updates on Facebook and Instagram to show a constant presence.
- Uploading all outdoor activities (HMC or JAM) on social media and covering some events Live as per the requirement.
- Customer engagement.
- Researching new concepts and trends for online marketing.
Qualifications
- Work Experience in the relevant industry sector is an advantage.
- Bachelors’s Degree is a must and additional certifications in digital marketing are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferable analytical skills to interpret details to observation.
- Good with IT skills such as MS Office and Internet Research.
