We’re looking for a female engineer to perform the office administration. The job involves several technical aspects and requires an understanding of electro-mechanical engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
– Prepare technical testing and commissioning reports based on the site activities.
– Update and maintain the projects database.
– Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
– Prepare quotations and proposals and following up with the clients for their requirements.
– Prepare Invoices based on project completion and following up on payments.
– Manage emails, phone calls and all forms of correspondence

-Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office
