GP Strategies are looking for a Country Operations Manager – Learning, to lead the daily operations for delivery, administration, development, and business development of our Operation in the Middle East leading the local teams and being the single point of contact for the clients in the Middle East region (Including North Africa).

About The Role
You will ensure GP Strategies standards for operations and service delivery align with the clientsā organization and business needs.
Additionally, Youāll
- Provide Customer Relationship Management by acting as the primary interface to all customers within this contract.
- Analyze customer requests and determine the appropriate course of action, develop program plans by monitoring and implementing schedules, analyze risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Implement/support all contract features and reinforces SLA’s and KPI’s
- Manage / Coordinate Operations personnel, sub-contractors and partners aligns with MENA operation to effectively utilize shared resources
- Assure quality, innovation, and focus on the business impact of training.
- Create an excellent organizational meeting timeline, complying with processes, and delivering high-quality input and response.
- Generate opportunities to extend business with this customer in MENA.
- Work with the customer to obtain the commitment of internal resources and any additional resources that may be supporting the service delivery.
- Where possible provide value-added services as appropriate for continuous improvement.
- To assist with SBU marketing activities as requested by the appropriate manager and to provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support when necessary for identified business development opportunities.
What We Need
Proven experience of leading country operations or business units, coupled with Learning and Development industry knowledge and experience.
Additionally, Weāll Need
- Fluency in both English (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and controlling skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and within demanding timescales
- Proven experience in managing large and complex budgets and finance
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Previous Business Development experience
- Knowledge of the Middle East business culture and legal requirements
Ideally, Youāll Also Have
- A professional qualification or degree in a related subject.
- Fluency in Arabic
- Previous experience of working with a remote team
