The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
NB* Events experience is a must and UAE experience is preferred. Only candidates already in Dubai will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Human Resources, Staffing, Recruitment, and Compliance
- Providing HR management support and direction to all departments as required
- Working with other company management to ensure any Dispute Resolution issues are managed at the appropriate level and within company guidelines,
- Ensuring labor law compliance in relation to visas, visa renewals, medical insurance, benefits.
- Ensuring the whole HR life-cycle of recruitment, onboarding, ongoing management, and departure of staff is managed within regulations ensuring the fairness of process and adherence to UAE labor law.
- Developing the wider HR systems through the production of the Evolution staff handbook, compensation, and benefits packages, and reward schemes.
- Managing all staff administration from contract issuance, salary certificates, staff loan agreements, Return of Service agreements, and accommodation agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources
- 2 – 3 years experience in the Events industry is required
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
