We are looking for a Sales Executive for Removals and Relocations. You will be working on identifying new potential customers, sales calls, prospecting, and negotiation and with a good conversion ratio.

Ā Responsibilities

  • Be one of the first points of call for our clients
  • Prepare costings for a commercial and residential move.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Generate your own leads from sales research and target strategy.
  • Meet with potential clients to grow, maintain, and maximize your network.
  • Attend networking events to build your own referrals, recommendations, and industry contacts
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, and events (occasional overnight stays will be required)
  • Identifying contract opportunities before they go out to market, and engaging early with these prospects to better our position
  • Taking ownership of new business generation within your region
  • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within their organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Taking an initial opportunity, and turning it into a regular account
  • Set up and complete site surveys between client decision-makers and the Sales Managers
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Follow up proposals to secure the work and negotiate where necessary. Diaries follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, contribute to company newsletters and marketing databases that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Be aware of our competitors and their activities and feedback accordingly
  • Provide Admin support to the Sales Manager for the region
  • Engage and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into operation move management.

Management and Research

  • Submit weekly pipeline reports, progress reports and ensure data is accurate and timely
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companyā€™s CRM.
  • Ensure all inquiries are followed up and dealt with
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Understand company goals and purpose so that you will continue to enhance the companyā€™s performance.
