We are seeking to hire an African native who is self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new business from the African market. The candidate will be the point of contact for our existing and new clients in the African region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle ( Candidates with sales experience in the music and audio products industry are preferred.)They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Generate new leads through our online platform and other channels
- Manage sales pipeline
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Job Requirements
- African native and proficient in one or more African languages.
- Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in the sales industry (Pro Audio and Music industry preferred)
- Experience in the full sales cycle
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic product knowledge of Audio equipment’s and Musical Instruments
