Job scope

The role will be vital in the growth and success of the business. This will suit a sales professional who has an interest in a dynamic role in a growing business. The successful candidate should also be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally – able to contribute towards developing and managing relationships with customers/suppliers/vendors.

Example responsibilities

  • Owning and hitting annual sales targets
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer, partner, and supplier relationships
  • Hands-on approach to business and sales development
  • Willing to get involved in other areas on a need to basis (operations, management, strategy)

Ideal candidate

Experience

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Several years of working experience in telecom & ICT sales
  • Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
