We are looking for an Accountant with Real Estate Experience
Responsibilities:
Work with minimum error
Petty Cash management
Monitoring and reporting cash flow position
Recording transactions per account
Preparing Invoices and Receipts
Prepare and filing VAT returns per quarter
Renewal of company license
Preparing monthly and annual accounts
Data gathering
Dealing with suppliers
Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
Timely monthly closing
Timely payment of a commission
Required:
– Preferred Male
-Experience in Accounts 2 years minimum
-Real Estate Experience Preferred
Education:
-ACCA Finalist / CA intermediate / MBA Finance
