Responsibilities
- PA to the CEO: Diary management, monitoring of emails, internet research and personal administration.
- Administration work: Answering calls, typing/filing, travel arrangements, and overall day-to-day office administration.
- PR and Marketing: Maintenance of website, preparation of presentations and marketing material, coordinating with the media.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role.
- Must be able to multi-task and be a hard worker.
- Very good in MS Office and internet research.
- Fluent in English and Arabic a big advantage.
