The Role
You will be our Business Development Manager operating on a commission-only basis, you will use whatever means necessary to locate clients in need of our services. With our qualified team of executives, investors and brokers, we will help guide your client through the simple process of a stock loan. Your commission will be between 3% to 7% of the total stock loan funded.
We will provide you with marketing material and the necessary knowledge to pursue clients. If you are unsure about any details, our team of executives will be available via Video chat, Messenger, email or voice call, and we will provide the support you need.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.
- Partnering with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.
- Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensuring a high level of customer renewals.
- Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
- Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain points to internal teams.
Ideal Profile
If You Do, You Will Do Well With Us And Fit Our Experience Criteria
We are seeking an individual with any of the prior or similar successful sales experience working with any of the following.
- High Net Worth clients, C Level management of public companies, High Net Worth banking, wealth management, investment groups, investors, angel investors, brokerage firms, investment bankers, commercial loan brokering, debt/equity structuring, jumbo mortgage brokers, private bankers, trust companies, market makers, offshore firms, luxury realty, Immigrating specialty firms, hedge fund sales or operations, private equity as well as any other finance niche lending experience.
- You have at least 3 years of experience ideally in Sales.
- Experience within Financial Services, M&A, Investment Banking, or Stoke Brokerage industries/roles would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
