The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success. You will primarily be in charge of assessing and filtering new customer’s requests (via phone and e-mail) and make sure they fall under our scope. You will have to keep track of all interactions with our customers via a CRM software and generate weekly and monthly reports. You will also be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence
- Coordinate shipping and delivery when needed
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Asses customer’s requirements
- Record all interactions with new customers and current accounts via CRM and generate weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Fluent in English
- Extensive experience with salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent organization skills
- Great ability to multi task
