The award-winning Biolite Aesthetic Clinic, situated in the prime location of Umm Suquimm 2, is looking to hire a Receptionist / Client Coordinator
Strong communication skills in written & spoken English. Email & telephone skills are essential.
Highly organized
Able to communicate confidently with patients & doctors.
Coordinating between patient, Doctor & hospitals for plastic surgery & other such treatments.
Assist in providing VIP clients with a flawless experience. Ensuring patients are given 5-star service & obtain written reviews.
Assist in tourist patientās concierge requests.
Must possess a happy can-do disposition.
Willing to grow into a client relations manager.
Aesthetic Receptionist / Client Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Optimizes patientsā satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patientās arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information, follow-ups, reviews
- Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
- Protects patientsā rights by maintaining the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
