Job Description / Role

Employment: Full Time
We are currently recruiting for an HR & Recruitment & Trainer to join our team.
This role will encompass all areas of HR and Recruitment within the company such as recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle and, offboarding activities.
Candidates must also have experience in restructuring, manpower planning, and budgeting.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in HR & Recruitment within the REAL ESTATE industry in the UAE.
- Have full knowledge and understanding of UAE Labour Laws.
- Degree/equivalent qualification in HR.
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
- Fluent in English – written and oral.
- Experience in creating and running successful recruitment campaigns.
Please note candidates who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for this role.
