About The Role
We are looking to hire a Visa & Onboarding Specialist with extensive experience in onboarding and visa processing.
Responsibilities
- Provides HR services to respective Business Unit employees and serves as a point of contact for onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process including offer preparation & issuance, employment visa processing, organizing induction, liaising with departments to set up their office/ parking, etc.
- Co-ordinates with Government Relations Department for new visa application submission for timely processing of the same
- Assist with joining formalities
- The hiring of new hires on SAP
- Preparation of employee file
- Assisting in bank account opening
- Responds to new hires and Business unit inquiries in a timely manner for the best onboarding experience
- Contribute as an HR team member to develop and/or enhance policies, procedures, and systems to support HR best practices
Requirements
Education & Work experience:
· Minimum of 5 years in HR Operations/Shared Services
· Experience of working within a large matrix organization with a workforce of over 1000 employees would be an advantage.
Other Experience and Knowledge:
· Previous experience working with an ATS preferred (Success Factors)
· Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
