Role And Responsibilities
The Manager will go about their duties with honesty and integrity and ensure the nursery needs are always met and take precedence. The Nursery Operations Managerās (NOM) primary role is to manage the nurseryās continued success and profitability, ensuring the best possible application of standards across all functions and activities. NOM is the primary brand ambassador and key to the realization of the nurseryās mission. NOM will integrate with investors, co-workers, parents, suppliers, and all other stakeholders. NOM must operate within the processes defined within the standard operating processes and procedures, as outlined in the manuals, and in accordance with any instructions issued by the Management. NOM is required to perform the following tasks on an ongoing basis demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.

Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Nursery Manager
Additional Knowledge
- Cache Level 5 in EYFS is mandatory
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
