About The Role
Employee Services is Al-Futtaim’s centralized HR Shared Services team that is accountable for service delivery across the Group’s business footprint. With over 18,000 employees in 9 countries in the MENA region, the services offered span the entire employee life cycle. A key function of this team, Workforce Management, which oversees Group-wide Payroll inputs, reporting lines, and Employee Master Data Management operates out of the corporate Head Office in Dubai and this role sits within this team in Group HR.
We are currently looking for an HR Analyst – Workforce Management to primarily resolve support tickets/cases raised in their assigned domain to the target SLA standards related to Payroll Inputs (Claims/Reimbursements, Over Time, Incentives, etc.), Employee Correspondence, Org Structures, and Position Management, Time Management, Adherence to Manpower Budgets, Medical Insurance.
About The Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Master data preventive checks and validations by ensuring that employee master data quality & accuracy are met at all times through the ‘Right First Time’ approach, especially data changes/ updates which have a direct impact on payroll.
You will also contribute to continuous Improvement: recommend solutions to enhance process efficiency and contribute to improvements in HR Service delivery, work in a highly data sensitive environment, HR Analyst is responsible to Protect Data Privacy at all times and adhere to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breaches of office security policy.
Cultivate and contribute to a learning and knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
You will also support cyclical Events and Special Projects as assigned, ensure compliance to department SOPs and organizational policies, Keep department operating procedures for processes handled current and updated, assist in the creation and publishing of key department operational metrics such as SLAs, FCRs, and Volumes
About The Requirements
Minimum educational attainment of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in HR/Business Management of Technology)
3-5 years work experience in a fast-paced, HR service delivery/operations environment with HR Shared Services experience in a large organization preferred.
3-5 years’ HR Generalist experience
Exposure to Large Scale HR ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, and Workday experience preferred)
Advanced user of office productivity tools & techniques (eg. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing large scale/ bulk data entry demands with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment.
Understanding of HR business processes and best practices, LEAN process methodology exposure
Sound understanding of reporting/dashboard concepts, Knowledge/awareness of HR Labor law in the GCC
