Required Account assistant for a Dental Center in Dubai UAE carrying a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UAE and Experience in medical facilities is a plus.
Managing Petty Cash day-to-day transactions Verifying financial statements ledgers accounts by reconciling monthly statements related transactions and making corrections where appropriate.
Performing reconciliations of accounts
Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and with the UAE VAT regulation
Preparing monthly and annual accounts.
Processing employee’s expenses, salaries.
Processing Doctors commission and salary
Assisting Insurance coordinator
Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
Maintain accounting documents and records ensuring all files are up to date
Expert in Tally ERP and well knowledgeable of Excel and good overall knowledge of Microsoft office Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
Excellent command of English language both written and verbal
Well organized with strong attention to detail.
