We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Creative who will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

The role applies cross-function, from corporate to partnerships, in-car, branding & marketing, as well as cross verticals.

    • Establishing consistency across all creative collateral from the UAE team while adhering to global brand guidelines to raise the brand value
    • Translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies by brainstorming with the team to access constraints and exploit flexibilities
    • Managing the comprehensive creative process of all campaigns; from concept creation to editing cuts, for online and offline assets as well as tactical and brand
    • Acting as brand guardian on content published on our public digital channels
    • Working closely with multidisciplinary project teams across the organization to develop creative thinking for feature launches, that would then be used within other markets
    • Leading, managing and directing creative projects with freelancers and agencies
    • Overseeing campaign proposals on content (both video & social media) and advising key stakeholders in this focused area
    • Managing content quality, deliverables and timelines for creative projects
    • Reviewing work, troubleshooting and providing feedback to community teams (Social Media & Production/suppliers)

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & After Effects
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Premiere (Davinci resolve is a plus)
  • Basic editing & animation skills to be able to support team with everyday video content (must show examples of this)
  • Adobe Indesign is a plus for some print applications
  • Adobe Acrobat is a plus for editing internal pdfs
  • Must understand core principles of photography & composition
  • Must understand how to light compositions, and be able to frame for video content
  • Basic understanding of film permits and video production in the region
