HR Manager (Female) – Real Estate
• Responsible for the sales activities, managing profitability and operational integrity of the sales team, providing overall leadership.
• Understand communication and works to achieve the mission of the company.
• Requirements Experience in Dubai Real Estate (Brokerage) for more than 5 – 10 years.
• Team management & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM system and updating its information.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Train and guides agents
• Attend meetings and closing deals with your team.
• Manage day to day activities of their team such as:
a) Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
b) Finding clients in need of property consultancy services
c) Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
d) Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
