Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief HR Officer /HR Director, the post holder will support the ongoing professional development of facility CHRO/ HRDs working collaboratively with senior business leaders to inform, influence, and steer the development and execution of HR and business strategy at all levels, and to design and implement HR systems and processes that assist in the achievement of core business goals. The post holder will function as a business partner on a diverse range of issues in order to deliver the people dimensions of business strategies.
Qualifications:
Required:Ā Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Business Administration or a relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience
Desired: Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Business Administration or a relevant field
Specialist Certifications:
Required:Ā Recognized Human Resources certifications such as Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), etc.
Experience :
Required:
8-10 years of relevant experience of which minimum of 5 years progressive leadership responsibility in a large organization
Desired:
Experience in a large healthcare facility
