A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Accounts Executive”.

Role: Accounts / Administrative Executive (BP&A)
Department: Commercial / BP&A, Retail Finance, Retail Division
Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Description
Assist in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, Financial Analysis, Contingency Planning, Automation, Projects, and Administration

Key Accountabilities

• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist the BP&A Team to manage the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Forecasts
• Reporting, Financial Analysis, Contingency Planning
• Assist the BP&A Team to follow up, prepare and circulate regular and ad-hoc reports and financial analysis in a timely manner
• Administration

• • Provide administrative support to BP&A Head and Team
  • Timely and accurate completion of assigned responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up from businesses and timely submission of the required information, reports, and analysis and to management

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

• • Finance/Analyst graduate with 4 years experience
  • The candidate should have adequate working knowledge of budgeting, financial / management reporting in the Middle East preferably in the retail sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning, and organizing skills and good business acumen.
  • Good working knowledge of other MS Office packages
  • Knowledge of accounting software packages, preferably ERP such as SAP
