The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
  • Employee Relations managing absence, disciplinary issues, grievances, sickness etc.
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
  • Performance Management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
  • Learning & Development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.
  • Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Recruitment & retention: managing talent and succession planning.
  • Reward advise and support employees on company benefits.
  • Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Ā Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
  • Managing HR Budgets

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

  • Experience in the field of Human Resources management.
  • Qualification (degree) in HR.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years HR experience
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
  • Experience in HR Management Experience in developing HR strategy in line with the business needs.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. Results-driven with a professional approach, strong leadership, and worth ethic.
  • Experience in managing change within the organization.
  • Demonstrated evidence of influencing and coaching skills.
