A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Accountant”. The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities:
- Printing, Scanning and Filing of all the transactions and related documents in appropriate files.
- Invoice preparation.
- Update accounts payable for the review and reconciliations by Senior Accountant.
- Assist in preparation of VAT report as per company’s Tax Consultant.
- Assist in posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
- Assist in preparing Ad Hoc reporting to the Management.
- Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Junior Accountant preferably in Automotive Industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks)
- B.com/BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
