The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and cost estimation.

Role:
Processes orders and oversees the cycle of order fulfillment. Responsible for making sure tasks are processed through the delivery process efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the order pick/delivery point
- Arrange driver routes and schedule staff, and monitoring deliveries to meet customer demands, making sure the delivery is completed on time
- Communicates with operational issues, delays, customer complaints to superiors
- Escalating issues to the call center
- Takes initiative to avoid quality control issues through the delivery process
- Managing delivery tracking system
- Creating daily reports (incidents, number of orders per driver, etc.)
- Ensures capacity is kept at optimal levels
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Monitors the vehicles and plans the delivery services
- Monitoring the driver location
Requirements/Skills:
- 2+ years experience in customer service or logistics management required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
