A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Operations Manager”. The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and cost estimation.

Your core responsibilities at Greener Crop are the day-to-day management of non-farm operations including:
- Supply chain management of growing supplies, working supplies, and packaging materials
- Inventory management of growing supplies, working supplies, and packaging materials
- Design & development of packaging materials
- Coordinating shipments of farm technology and supplies as well as deliveries of produce
We need you to:
- Have a bachelors degree in an agricultural field, or in a subject with a focus on operations/supply chain management
- Have 3 years of experience in operations management in agriculture, or food manufacturing/processing
- Have experience with supply chain and inventory management
- Have an existing network of suppliers and clients in agricultural supplies, food packaging, and/or food manufacturing/processing
- Be a great communicator and excellent in managing relationships with our suppliers
- Be excited about pioneering a new business concept in the farming sector
- Have a valid UAE driving license and ideally your own car
Ideally, you also have the following:
- Excellent written and spoken English
