Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Synopsis:
- Day to day finance and accounts operations
- Cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting
- Should have worked as a Pharmacy Accountant & a better understanding in the accounting of Pharmacies.
- Reconciliations of Company’s Related Account & Schedule of all Prepayments and Employee’ Provisions
Checking Suppliers Invoices, SOA, Credit Note - Perform month-end accounting activities and prepare the monthly Trial Balance
- Prepare fortnightly cash position
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely manner
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to Management
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review
- Evaluate computerized accounting system and provide recommendations to I.T. team for performance improvements
- Coordinate with Accounts team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to Management as needed
