Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure right products in each outlet, monitor the fast- and slow-moving items, monitor supply, damage/exchanged age items
- Place purchasing orders to head office
- Make sure the distributive logistic arrangement
- Response to products line up and guide visual merchandisers
- Forecast the trendy and plan the stock level availably accurately
- Supervise the inventory, and track the product movement
- Position well the pricing metric and revert with feedback to management on-sell points.
- Prepare monthly reports and gather all the information related to products and customer feedback to improve the customer’s satisfaction.
- Provide the suggestion to design teams on the market view.
Sales teams:
- Train new sales to develop product knowledge and preach company insight core messages.
- Supervise all sales schedules, attendance, and deployment.
- Outlet visits according to schedule.
- Set up the benchmark and KPI monthly, supporting/motivating/underperformers.
- Carry out an assessment on the periodic term.
- Keep the consistency of company culture and service standards.
Others:
- Supervise all materials related to sales activities.
- Software and Pos system support.
