Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing receipt vouchers for Commissions and Property Management.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Recording payments for commissions, salaries, utility bills, stationery, and marketing expenses.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
