Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Handling Payable and Receivable
- Carry out daily reconciliations of cash, credit card transactions and file invoices.
- Preparation of Payment Vouchers & Receipt Vouchers
- Preparing TT letters/Transfer letters
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Make sure that accounting information is accurate
- Handle monthly payroll disbursements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge in Tally ERP, Quickbooks
