Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As our Finance Director You would:
- Join the C-Level pioneers of the organization in heading up the Finance team & business operations to build and execute strategic financial models along with short-term and long-term business plans that drive profitability.
- Deep dive into the macro and micro scale of the operations for risk mitigation as well as compliance with applicable regulatory or other legal requirements.
- Be an effective business partner by leading and developing a strong finance team in the facilitation of the day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, tax, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Be the voice of reason and provide advice and counsel where required
- Bring along an independent perspective on the business and constructively challenge the commercial and operations teams ensuring that business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria.
You would have:
- A Master’s Degree in Accounting or Business (preferable), Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business is a MUST.
- Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment (E-commerce or Retail industry experience) in the capacity of a CFO/Finance Director.
- Previous experience in working with one of the big four is a plus.
