Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
– Female only.
– Features Management Element.
– Familiarity with processing transactions
– Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
– Solid organization and record-keeping skills
– Strong personality.
– Microsoft office professional.
– Fluent English Speaking & Writing.
– Experience Receptionist or Front Desk Such as using scanner and printer as well.
Work Responsibilities:
– Warmly greeting customers upon their arrival.
– Answering clients’ questions about services via phone, email, or in person.
– Processing transactions via cash, and issue receipts.
– Manage clients with grace, even during peak demand.
– Book, confirm and schedule appointments based on availability via phone, email, and CRM.
– Chat with clients by Social Media until arrive in our shop.
– Inform clients about new services
– checking & complete missing Requirements tools in the shop.
– Scan & upload the invoices and receipts to our system.
– Handle accounting transactions every day.
– Make Daily Report to the boss.
