Job Duties and Responsibilities:
ResponsibilitiesĀ
- Assist to prepare financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis
- Ensures that the books of accounts are compiled in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor the status of payables and receivables for coordination of payments
- Assist to manage and control the financial operations of various companies within the group to ensure compliance to high international accounting standards, company policies and protocol and contractual requirements
- Ensures the safekeeping and confidentiality of all financial information and records under URG
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance within complex and multinational organizations (with at least 2 years in the Gulf region)
- Familiar with group accounting and cross border transactions
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field is mandatory (CA/ ACCA is a plus)
- Ability to leverage technology to simplify, improve and innovate finance processes and systems
- Advanced analytical skills and Excel Skills
- Independent thinker with a growth mindsetĀ Ā
