Performance Marketing Manager
A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced “Performance Marketing Manager.”
Main Task And Responsibilities

- Along with the Head of Digital & Performance Marketing, operating custodianship of AdTech platforms, including but not limited to: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, any and all external DSPs
- Partial custodianship of MarTech platform such as Google Analytics, and supporting MarTech specialists across personalization, marketing automation and CRM.
- Formulate performance-related hypotheses and subsequently A/B test to best understand what works across various agreed-upon macro and micro objectives.
- Support in creating a marketing attribution model that is bespoke to the category and the brand.
- Create a rules-based remarketing matrix, from charting out the rules to the eventual execution.
- Execute native advertising plans that deliver TOFU results that can be capitalized on with BOFU activity
- Must competently oversee a team of 2 performance executives
Requirements

- Established background in performance marketing, with at least 5 years under your belt. SaaS/Tech/B2B experience, while preferable, is not ultimately necessary.
- A knack for interpreting numbers and coming up with actionable insights
- Hand-on, roll-your-sleeved-up experience using all Google Ads products, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other relevant tools.
- You must be diligent, responsible, and accountable. A proactive manager in every sense of the word.

- Experience managing a team of at least 1 person or more.
