About The Role
The role will be assisting the Manager, Payroll to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all payroll payments in a timely manner. You will work closely with the Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure all payroll data is approved in accordance with the Resort’s policies. Maintaining accurate records for all types of payroll earnings & deductions and posting to the Payroll system is an important aspect of this role. You will also monitor and analyze workforce productivity and identify areas of improvement.
About You
Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Finance or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with previous experience in a similar role. You must have extensive experience working with Microsoft Office tools and a good business sense with an operational focus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on projects independently are essential to be successful in this role.
