Position Type: 1 year full time contract (renewable)
Work schedule: 6 days a week
Salary: Negotiable

Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Arabic & English
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in Dubai
- Must be a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & organize
- Must be very knowledgeable of Dubai City
Responsibilities
- Create, correspond, and send emails in a professional & timely manner
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Must be very hands-on & quick on your feet in order to assist managers and staff in different areas of the office
- Run-errands outside of the office for management
- Ability to give excellent and accurate recommendations to staff and guests on Dubai’s location, companies, service shops, etc.
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist CEO and upper management when needed
- Must be able to coordinate between multiple departments and external parties
- Organize, schedule, and prioritize meetings according to deadlines
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Screen telephone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system, and contact database
Salary Range: (5,000 AED – 8,000 AED)
