Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Cashflow & forecast modeling.
- Undertaking bookkeeping work and maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
- Management of clerks responsible for filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Providing support to the Group CFO and Finance Manager.
- Assistance with preparation of financial reports and year-end procedures.
- Assistance with audits.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience of working within a finance team.
- You are keen on continuously learning and improving your skills.
- Strong commercial sense, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong grasping power.
