Receptionist
A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced “Receptionist.”
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Perfect grasp of the English language.
- Over 2 years experience in a receptionist/HR role is essential
- Real Estate background preferred
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude is essential
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees
- Oversee and coordinate the employment visa process in an efficient manner
- Coordinate the RERA broker registration process in an efficient system
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Answer and direct WhatsApp leads
- Upload all data to CRM and assign it to appropriate employees
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors
Salary Range: (3,000 AED – 5,000 AED)
