Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Candidate must have excellent Command in Day to Day Admin and reception related work, knowledge about maintaining company documents Trade License, Municipality Related Documentation.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries,
- Receive emails. All relevant emails should be replied to if necessary or forward to concerned persons.
- Hand over the payment cheques issued for suppliers.
- Purchasing office-related items like stationery and document printing orders.
- Strong communication, and leadership skills required.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
