Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining, and developing existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
- Conduct and report a minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into a revenue-generating business.
- Maintain records of customer details/sales.
- Identify potential customers and register opportunities in TFM Express relentlessly pursue the realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and develop new revenue on existing accounts.
- Maintain customer’s profile report and follow up on leads.
- Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Sales Freight / Courier.
- Self-motivator / Aggressive / Ambitious.
- Fluent English preferred Arabic speaking.
- Experience in UAE and driving license must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
